Harpenden townsfolk, along with many others from afar, spilled on to Harpenden Common last month for the 32nd annual Rotary in Harpenden Classics on the Common.

Their prize: the opportunity to marvel at the 800 sparkling classic cars, motorbikes and scooters, ranged across the common.

Ranked as one of the top events in the classics calendar, the show combines the opportunity to view a mouth-watering range of classic vehicles with the chance for owners to picnic alongside their vehicle and for spectators to make good use of the food stalls. Of course, the weather needs to be on your side – which it most certainly was.
