Using Rotary’s Global Grants scheme to help finance major humanitarian projects.
Supplying life-saving equipment to disaster areas in the form of Shelter Boxes.
Sending toys and household goods to poverty-stricken areas of eastern Europe.
The rest of the funds raised by Rotary in Harpenden events go to designated charities, mainly locally based, selected by members.
